About the panel discussion

With the start of a full-scale war, everyone in Ukraine understood who our northern neighbor really is. And today we must realize that it will not change even after the victory. And this means that even after the end of hostilities, the tension will not disappear completely.

That is why we decided to invite our colleagues from Israel, who already have experience working in such conditions, to share their insights, give some advice and suggest what to pay attention to when working with personnel in conditions of uncertainty.

What we will talk about:
◾️ How to work in a country with a very unpredictable neighbor?
◾️ How to maintain the psychological state and motivation of employees in difficult times?
◾️ How should leaders take care of their teams and how to build proper communication?
